Despite all this, "Donald Trump may have broken a Latino voting record for a Republican candidate in his 2024 presidential victory. With 42 percent of this bloc’s vote according to AP projections, Trump bested George W. Bush’s 2004 performance among this demographic, which today accounts for about 15 percent of the total U.S. voting population."

In the next election (assuming it is held), the Republicans will face a much lower vote from Latinos, after the mass deportations, not only of criminals, but also of many other undocumented immigrants, as well as some residents or people with authorization to be in the U.S. Trump and his minions are even talking about denaturalization of U.S. citizens.
